About this policy

This policy covers the S-True artist website at struemusic.com, operated by S-True. You can browse and listen without creating an account. Sign-in, comments, likes and release notifications are optional.

Information we process

• When you sign in by email or Google, we process your email address, account identifier and profile information provided by your sign-in service, such as your display name. Google handles your Google password; this site does not receive it.
• When you like a track or comment, we store the associated account identifier, track, comment text, display name, moderation status and timestamps. Approved comments and their display names are public. Pending comments are available to their author and the administrator.
• When you request release notifications, we store the email address you submit. Signing in alone does not add your email to the release-notification list.
• We count a play after 30 seconds of listening, once per track per browser session. Track play events and aggregate counts support artist statistics.
• Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, device or browser information, request logs and error details to deliver and protect the site.

Why we use information

We use information to provide account access and requested features, moderate comments, send requested music updates, understand track listening, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Where applicable, processing relies on providing requested services, your consent for optional updates, or legitimate interests in maintaining a secure, functioning artist website.

Browser storage and cookies

Essential local browser storage keeps you signed in. Session storage prevents the same track being counted repeatedly during one session. Adding the site to your home screen does not grant access to your contacts, photos or location. Embedded videos and linked services may use their own cookies or storage under their own policies.

Services and external links

Lovable Cloud provides website data storage and account services. Hosting and content-delivery services deliver pages and media. Google processes Google sign-in. Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain; when loaded or played, YouTube can receive technical information. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Instagram apply their own policies when you open those links. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and security

Account and interaction information is retained while needed to provide the relevant features. Notification addresses are retained until you withdraw your request or the list is no longer needed. Technical logs follow hosting providers’ retention practices. You may request deletion; information needed for security, legal obligations or resolving disputes may be retained as necessary. Access controls and temporary audio links help protect the service, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without signing in and choose not to comment, like or subscribe. Contact us to stop release notifications or request access, correction or deletion of your information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to your privacy regulator. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully.

Children and updates
